It’s not a secret that Toni Kroos and Cristiano Ronaldo were really close during their playing days in Real Madrid. In fact Kroos spoke about how close they were as team mates both on and off the field.
Toni said about Ronaldo “We were not only team-mates but also neighbors in the dressing room and neighbors in private. He lived right next to me. Seeing what a perfectionist he is was impressive.”
But who is the GOAT? Messi or Ronaldo?
Back in 2021, Toni Kroos gave his answer on this epic question which just doesn’t seem to go out of fashion. He replied “From my playing days, it’s Cristiano Ronaldo (best player of all time). Of course, I’m biased because he made a decisive contribution to us winning a lot of titles. It was exciting and impressive to play alongside Ronaldo. That is why it is forbidden for me to name Messi (as the best player of all time).”

As said earlier, Toni shared a great relationship with the highest goal scorer of all time Ronaldo both on personal and occupational level. And it’s visible that he misses him a lot.
